Spam: Paulette again on Let's Paint TV Feb 21, 2010
Hi Kids, Here we are in February, the second month of the year, the month when we walk around on the planet and look at each other, the month when the stars move and we buy food at the grocery store. It's an exciting time February in California. The kids are running in front of traffic, dogs are sniffing around, birds are foraging or at least looking for food, and i'm sitting at my computer spelling words, trying to communicate with you. I'll be on Let's Paint TV on Sunday, Feb 21, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. backing up my cousin and performing a song or two of mine. Let me know if you have any requests, and I'll see what I can do. just click on the link at 11:00 a.m. and there I'll be, right before your very eyes, playing something music-like or rhythmic or having tones. In other news, I just returned from Carson, Nevada where I was involved in an archaeological dig that produced some truly interesting finds such as the sheet music for a song called, "Where's My Horse?" written by Francine Patrick in 1862. I researched Francine and found out that she was a songwriter who wrote about her life on a chicken farm in Carson. Apparently, she wrote this particular song when she couldn't find her horse because her friend hid it in a prank. Sincerely, Paulette |
