2007 10k

Dear Shareholders and others,

The year is quickly coming to a close, and first off, I'd like to thank all of the employees at Paulette International for another great year. They are our number one asset, and without them, we'd have to hire new people.

It looks like we, as a company, are still kind of mostly in the red, and when I say "in the red", I mean that the concerts and personal appearances aren't yet profitable in a monetary sense.

My '07 travel expenses came under scrutiny by the board, and my integrity and ability to lead was questioned by them, but some of the excesses were forgiven after i massaged the board's feet.

This year took me to Los Angeles 3 times, and as a result, I'm actually mentioned in Wikipedia because i was on my cousin's show, Let's Paint TV, in June. If you look down at the bottom of the Wikipedia article, you can just barely make out my name.

The link isn't working. Look up Let's paint tv on wikipedia.

The mention has given me unimaginable credibility withmost people's pets, so I expect next year's canine and feline derived revenue to possibly double or treble.

Yearly album sales numbered approximately 10 forfiscal 2007, totaling about $100.00, up 20% over lastyears sales.

Merchandising is still struggling, hoping for a larger chunk of the budget in '08.

Ticket sales totalled about $100.00, up about 30% over'07. In spite of a drop off in interest by the under17 market, sales in other segments increased.

We've restructured our advertising and marketing departments by adding electricity. Potentially, we could now reach 10 to 15 people a day if we had a budget for doing so and some kind of clue.

One of our new product pipelines is kind of cloggedwith an illustrated book I'm working on, but we have another pipeline for music projects which mostly works.

We are currently in a partnership with Glaxo Smith Kline where we are working on a new drug which promises to effectively replace alcohol, so we're all really excited about that.

The Paulette International School of Western Music is currently up and running producing more revenue than all other sources combined.

In summary, 2007 has been a year that has gone by. And as we watch it end, we wonder where it went and where 2008 comes from.

Sincerely,

Paulette
